05 R6 Front Rotors

Has anyone tried to run 04 front rotors on an 05 R6.  The diameters changed quite a bit from 298 to 310 mm's so I'm sure they won't work, just curious if anyone else tried to come up with anything as 05 rotors are hard to come by right now.

no. 04 rotors wont work on an 05r6. as you said, the 05 is much larger. If the 04 was larger, you could potentially add spacers to the radial caliper of the o5 to bring it out, but the 04 is smaller.
