Hello All,

Please find below the link to download the racing histories for the
Championship Cup Series racing which took place at Willow Springs over the
Nov. 30 to Dec 1 weekend just past.

The following URL contains a self-extracting zip file which you will first
download. After downloading, If you run the file (as you would any normal
program), it will extract it's compressed contents so that you can view the
data. The program will allow you to select a directory where you want the
files placed. Please note the name of the directory you've chosen so that
you can locate the files after they are un-zipped. If you do not indicate a
directory, the program will attempt to put the files into a 'default'
folder - your Windows "TEMP" folder, e.g., C:\Windows\Temp

To download the zip file from the internet, please click on the following

The racing histories are in a Rich Text Format (RTF) form. This means you
can view them in Microsoft Word, Wordpad (which comes included with
Windows), or, with any other program which supports the RTF format.

The format of the report names (histories) is self-explanatory.

The racing histories are just that - lap-by-lap histories of each of the
races run over the course of the 2-day event. With regard to the numbering
(Race 1, Race 2, etc.) we may be offset a little. If you open a race and
don't find your times, open the previous (or successive) race number - and
you'll probably find them there.

Most times should be present. We only had 1, or 2 individuals who had a
problem with transmitters. (Note: If your bike did not have an RMS
transmitter mounted for a particular race, then of course you will not have
lap-times for that race).

Race 7 for day 1 is missing. I suspect that we misnumbered the files when we
saved them, but in any case, if you do not find the times you're looking for
then they aren't to be found. This file contains EVERYTHING we have for race
times, for the event.

Please let us know if you have questions, or problems viewing the histories,
and we'll try to help you out.

If you know someone who'd like the times, feel free to pass them on, or send
us their e-mail and we'll send them along.

Thank-you for you participation in our last test of this season. The event
went well for us, and we're looking forward to next year if our Race
Management System (RMS)  becomes the official timing and
scoring system for the CCS in your division.

Have a Merry Xmas, and Happy New Year! We look forward to seeing each of you
next season.

Best Regards,
