Anyone else see their license fee credited?

and quite frankly, in the end, CCS doesn't owe you anything.  They don't owe you a letter or explanation, or a phone conversation, or anything.

They are a private business and have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason...

:o My check was processed....Does this mean I won't get my OWN t-shirt?

Eric K.- Thanks for the update in the other thread, and "Thank You" for accepting my application, and I apologize for acting like a teething 2 yo brat per refunds last year.

Good luck Adam- I'd be writing an apology letter if I was denied.

How much for the little girl? ;D

Quote I'm going out on a limb here.  It would seem to me the reversal of the credit card transaction and resulting refund for your license application is a pretty clear indication that they do not want your business.   If you can't figure that out, how is a letter going to help or change anything.   ???

So since both CCS and the AMA processed my credit card almost before I mailed out my application, does that mean they really wanted me around?!!? ;D

This is my first (and probably only) post here.  I'm the rider rep Adam came to for help in this matter.  I acted on his behalf, and basically got shat upon for doing so, both in public and private emails.

I was recently sent this thread, and as I went through the 10 pages, I picked and chose particularly interesting lines.  Some comments will be repetitive ... but if you're here now, you've already shown a high tolerance. ;-)

<<For pointing out this error, I was fined $100.>>
Lie.  That's not true, and he knows it.

<<Its called extreme arrogance on the part of LRRS.>>
Countering Adam on a determination that someone else's behavior is arrogant is difficult, as he truly is expert in this discipline.  At the least, however, this is the pot calling the kettle black.

<<Mongo can say what he likes, but the fact remains that I have still not been notified of what rule I violated and for what the fine was for.>>
Lie.  I've pointed it out 2-3 times.  Here it is again for everyone else:

http://lrrsracing.com/2005/2005%20LRRS%20Rulebook.pdf

Page 5, part 2.0 ... First two sentences.

<<On top of that, I was also not given the opportunity to appeal the fine.>>
Keep reading -- "not subject to protest or appeal."

<<Actually, I called him a bad businessman.>>
Lie.

<<If we got into a heated debate, I won't argue that.>>
Is that an actual concession?  GTFOOH.

<<The reason I was even talking to him, was that he interjected himself into a conversation I was having with the scoring people (nicely, I'll add), got up in MY face, and started acting 'tough' with me.  I had no idea who this person was and suddenly he's picking a fight with me.>>
Chris would not have interjected himself if everything was so nice and friendly.  Everyone else in the room I interviewed after the fact (on Adam's behalf) said as much.

<<And for the record, the media center (where the scoring is done) was chock full of people, many who are not officials, etc.  A lot of friends of officials like to hang with them in there, and act important.>>
Call it chock full, or 4 or 8 people -- or even 9 if we count the newbie in the next room enjoying the A/C who didn't know Adam from Eve.

It's possible these people, (more than half of whom I've shared meals and good times with longer than Adam has been racing) were all lying.

It's also possible they were not.

<<Nobody else is speaking up, Stalin Hutchinson has made sure of that.>>
(Waves hand) Here I am.  Ooops ... forgot, I'm just Don's lapdog.

<<Then why not quit with the hints and smiley faceys and spell it out in plain english for us all?>>
In plain English, as Mongo and others have shown, Adam is a pathological liar -- meaning someone who may or may not know they are lying, but are incabable of stopping either way.

It's either that, or something worse: He's so determined to garner attention that he's purposefully inculcating this never-ending, never-changing diatribe.  "Everyone hates me -- well, except all my supporters -- everyone is out to get me -- well, except all my supporters -- and everyone does a terrible job running these organizations -- well, except for my friends and I  ... we know how to do it better."

ALL of the above behavior is THE reason why his motorcycle racing license has been revoked -- or has been publicly told it's in danger of being revoked by pretty much every other club he's ever raced in.  This includes LRRS, CCS, WERA, and SMUSA. (The AMA will still take anyone's money, I guess.  Oooo ... but then there's that whole "qualifying" bit. "Hey, can we make it a 199% rule?  The fast guys like backmarkers.  They all told me.")

So what is it?  That there is something inherently evil and self-serving in the management of ALL of those organizations?  Or, could it be ... perhaps ... possibly ... that Adam himself is the problem?

Adam's SOLE goal right now is to disrupt LRRS's environment so as to (a) cause them monetary harm, and (b) make himself look less unreasonable.  He's admitted the first part on the club's mailing list.

Adam WILL NOT let you get the last word ... he's incapable of "dropping it", (even when a friend publically begs him to do so ... twice!) because it clearly fulfills some need.

About 7 pages ago, someone noted that this thread was a no-winner.  Hopefully you've seen the Hydra-like quality here ... cut off one argument, two more come at you.  Neither make any more sense than the first, but there you are.

Hopefully I've burned these lies at the stump, but then I always was an optimist.

Enjoy, I'm outta here.

Now THAT is a well-turned phrase!
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"
