QuoteIt can`t be that simple. You sure some high ranking official`s daughter wasn`t involved? ;D

oh god I hope I`m wrong! I WAS KIDDING!

Nobody's daughter was involved (I'm married with two kids).

Its called extreme arrogance on the part of LRRS.
Its call poor customer service.
Its called having a virtual monopoly.

Its called a buddy/buddy system where preferential treatment is dished out and biased politics is involved at every turn.

Quoteno, tell it for everyone here

If you insist  ::)  - looks to me like CCS and LLRS don't want you around.  I'd guess the letter will say "hit the road and don't come back thanks we don't need customers like you you're more hassle and work than you're worth and you make us take too much time away from our other customers hurting the service we give to them".

And to set the record straight you were not fined for protesting - you were fined for being a total ass when your protest was denied.  ;)

My protest wasn't denied--it was accepted and put on the shelf for 2 months.  Nothing was every done about it, never denied, or even commented on.

Mongo can say what he likes, but the fact remains that I have still not been notified of what rule I violated and for what the fine was for.

On top of that, I was also not given the opportunity to appeal the fine.

The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

I also believe you called Jerry Wood and maybe even Don Hutchinson a crook or a thief on a public board.  That can't be good.

Actually, I called him a bad businessman.

Nothing you hadn't already said yourself online, that and about 100 other people.

Point aside, I didn't apply for an LRRS license, I applied to CCS directly.

Mongo

And who refunded the license fee to your card?  Good lord this keeps up and I'll deny you a license because anyone this dense shouldn't be on track with other people  ::)

CCS, I spoke with Eric this morning.  He confirmed that they charged it but reversed it later in the week.

You violated the verbal abuse of an official rule - which I'm sure is in the CCS book since it's in ours and I know where Roger used to work.  Now why exactly should you be granted an appeal on a fine that was refunded?

Either way you acted like an asshole and got nailed for it.  If this whole thing is playing out as I expect I'll warn you now - I'm not as nice as Jerry et al and you abusing the LRRS officials already has you on probation with me.  Read my rulebook before you come play and don't mess up   ;)
