Southeast Banquet ideas please

Okay the SE riders it is your turn; I am at a loss of locations any ideas of a location would be great.

1. Sat of the first round of the season with an at track clebration and casual atomsphere
0 (0%)
2. Banquet at a local venue on the Sat of the first race weekend again rather casual
3 (75%)
3. Banquet  at a hotel in the off-season
1 (25%)

Please only vote if you are in the SE or receiving a SE award and plan to attend. If you could give me an idea of locations.

Currently it looks like Carolina will be the first event for region, so any ideas of venues in the area.

For off season banquet I was looking in the Raliegh Durham area or Charlotte any other ideas of locales/venues would be great.
