Need Ticket Help...Any Police Officers Here?

I would not change the plate and take pictures attempting to fool the courts.  Here are some pics of how it is.  I purchased a new fender eliminator and I'm going to take these pics and the receipt in to court.  My lawyer says should be an easy case, he doesn't even have to go in, told me what to say and hopefully it will work.

The leather haven't been down yet!!  Brand new!!  In that pic they had never been to the track.  Only been twice so far with it.  Thanks for the replies guys.
