The existing transponders for CCS (well, the non-AMB ones) are lacking on the software side when it comes to keeping track of things like time and position...  It's a flaw that CCS is well aware of.

Okay, so the paid (or is he paying for his ride?) rider in the semi went faster than the club racer in a pickup and 12' trailer?  Sweet! 

Sounds like Junge is still faster by over a full second, Larry pays way more attention to stuff like that than most people so I trust him on it.  Of course that was 3 years ago so maybe it shouldn't count, after all the 04 models were way faster weren't they?

I was just happy to get into the 10's , with a 1'10.7, beating my previous best time of 11.6. Props to Brian, Jason, and Bobby for going even faster!!

I think last time there, I did a 1:20.0.  Last I heard, it was the lap record for 39 year old bald chiropractors over 200 lbs who ride 2003 Ducati 749s .

Hats off to Ryan. I was surprised to see him running with me during the MWSS race. Damn. I better step up my game somehow huh!

I know a 10.0 is possible & honestly Jim I'm sure Dan did do the time, plus I won't added anything to the comment about a motor lasting! I don't like knockin people but you set yourself up for that one Jim. Why point out the spec in someones eye & not look at the spec in your own eye!

Hats off to Spyder Leatherworks for fixing up my leathers again so I had confidence to go fast & for starting a open can of worms with this thread!!

I guess this kind of writing is good since it is going make everyone want to go for the record next time. I know I am going for mid to low 9's by the end of the season. S#*t I should go for 8's huh!

Why do we care about lap records?  I thought Bobby Fong won GTU?  Regardless of the time, he was the best in that class, that day, that track. 

I am still pretty impressed that he could crap a time like he did having never been to the track. 

Press releases?  Well, I think as of Saturday, Bobby's time was the fastest ever 600 time.  Then that changed on Sunday?  Doesn't really matter.

Ha! I held the fastest lap on the new layout at BHF for 3 months on a stock XR 100! Of course that was set on Jan 1st, several years ago. But, who cares ..................
