Do you run the fan?  I've read where other guys removed the fan completely since they think it actually impedes airflow when moving.  Makes sense I guess but I'd be afraid to run without it and you would have to be careful about sitting still for very long.

One of the first things I got rid of. I kept the foam at the rear of the radiator and along the top. If I have to sit still (except on the grid) I shut the bike off.

Thorsten said to get rid of the thermostat. I may remove it, take out the parts that close the thermostat and reinstall it. Haven't bothered because it is a pain to get at.

I'm trying to remember what my RC's temps wree last year, but I don't think they even got into the 200's.  The only things I've done to the bike is the exhaust system and PCII.

Let me know what happens.

:DHi,   Lets' me think :Phmm ??? ouch :-/ oh ah, now I know.  top temp on the street was 223 @ a air temp of about 97 (stop light) last year.  I installed a 1/2" spacer in the foward Radiator mounts to pivit more air, also removed those little plastic fins on the edges of the Radiator, and used exhaust rap to keep heat from motor.  When I race...I remove the One fan.  Bike ran good and below 200.
Hope I was of some help.  See ya at BHR.  I'm not going racing in the rain with ya,  :'(but I will watch and check out your bike. ;D
