i emailed ccs but perhaps Eric will see this sooner.. and no huge rush, it was a long weekend for everyone.

I didn't check ALL my results as they were posted on the wall in the paddock, but myself and David Hanig are totally missing from Sunday Race 7. Robertino Pietri won, i finished 2nd, and D. Hanig finished 3rd. We all gave interviews in park ferme .. and the lap times are posted correctly. I noticed on the RRW on-line page for Sunday results, it was not correct as well for this race.

So just an FYI for others.. double check your results !

These transponders have become a nightmare for CCS. I'm on my 4th or 5th unit. Sometimes they still don't work. I have learned that if I ride through tech at the beginning of the day, they will work all day. If  I just go through the loop at pit out, it's a 50/50 chance.

CCS officials swear the loops are the same and it's no difference. However this has been my experience time and time again.

It's a shame CCS got screwed with a system that doesn't work very well. AMB seems to be the standard in the car world but the initial cost of the units is higher and I'm sure CCS factored that in so as not to burden the racers with additional costs.

The TC was a disaster with only about 10 bikes reporting times. Same thing in the AM Expert practice on Saturday. There must have been 60 bikes and only about 7 lap times posted.

Also Greg remember GTU? after the red flag we sat on the grid for 15 min while they tried to re grid by position, and then after all that work found half the riders were not listed.

I don't know what the solution is but I hope they get it worked out.

Not getting the AMB system is going to kick CCS in the ass in the long run.   Everyone complains about the pricey AMB transponder but it lasts for years.   Many people are already on their 3rd and 4th CCS transponder.

Guess i've been lucky that all 3 of mine work all the time.I only had 1 go bad and that is when they first used the system.
