Forum Administrator Screws Up Bigtime

somewhere along the line of software updates to the forum, I missed/screwed-up the "anti-spam" settings.

Unfortunately, this meant that new members could not post :-( 

The software was supposed to ask a couple questions to make sure you were not a spambot, but.... well.....  no matter how human you are, it would not let you post :0 

Now, new members should not have to go through that to post.

Hey, I did not write the forum software...   I just struggle to operate it.
