I looked at Amateur Supertwins last night, out of curiosity. Per our calculations in October, I had finished third behind Brian McClain and Christian Smith. Turns out the CCS web site now says I'm second, behind Christian and ahead of Brian. I couldn't care less if I'm second or third, as I lost anyway, but did Brian get robbed? Or was something wrong with the points total before Summit Point that got fixed afterward?

I don't know if I got the shaft or not, a friend of mine told me to check it out and sure enough, I am not the number 1 pig handler.  Go figure, here I thought that I had done really well in my first year of racing but noooooo, somebody dropped the ball!  I am not really bent about it but I would like an explanation, so if anyone from the office is looking at this please post---I couldn't find the e-mail addresses on the CCS site.

Just got off the phone with Brian and I let him know that the results for the SuperTwins class was incorrect.  We are fixing it in here Ft. Worth.  And yes, Brian was 1st, Chrisian 2nd and Papa 3rd.  If anyone else would like to know how they finished, please don't hesitate to contact us at the office.  I want to thank you guys for bringing it to our attention.   ;)

Brian - you're welcome!  ;D

Christian - sorry, bro. But you know it was the right thing to do!  8)

B-MAC

Thanks, Papa, but I am sure that I would have noticed it sooner or later and brought it to someones attention ;D

Damn shame that when I got the mailer it still had the old results :-/

Papa_Thiam

Hey, Christian was the winner for a few weeks. You can at least let him enjoy the mailer. After all, you get the friggin' trophy! What else do you want? The girl?  ;D

B-MAC

I would say yes but I already have one at home!! :o
Yeah, I can't wait to get that little silver plate- does anyone want to buy it for the amount of money it cost to win it!!??? I would much rather have that ;)

Bad news for me though, I have to get my knee fixed and the doctor hasn't given me an idea of when I will be able to get back on a bike again, I might not get another time to shine until 2003.

Congrats Brian,  We (you, me and Papa) should be scorers for CCS  LOL.  We knew what the outcome was going into the summit weekend. If I would have only gone to that damn CMP round that I was too lazy to go to. :-[  (can't blame VIR on you, you earned it due to my own stupidity ::))   I am just glad I finally won at summit.  Look forward to seeing you guys at the banquet if I can get away from work in Jan.   P.S. sorry to hear about the knee problem.  You aren't trying to SANDBAG  by coming back the following year in another class are you? ;) LOL   Give me a ring sometime.    Christian

Papa_Thiam

Hey Brian, sorry about your knee. I hope you'll be fit to race sooner than 2003.

Hey Christian, I think I'll be on a GSXR600. I just got a deal today. My SV should be out of the garage tomorrow. The 2001 SV I had line up as a replacement will stay where it is. I have to get that GSXR.

I hope to see you guys at the banquet.
