Anyone familliar with how CCS handles contingency?

Apperently they send the paperwork off to Grand American to get processed?  They still haven't gotten the contingency paperwork done from the May 16th round at Gateway for Great Plains.  Most nedors cut vouchers the day after they recieve them from Grand American/CCS.  How long does it usually take these Grand American clowns to get the paperwork in?  I'm finally running up front and have a free set of tires waiting in the wings if I ever get my hard earned contingency $$$.  WTF!  >:(

Send an e-mail to Ken Abbott at CCS, he is the one that handled the contingency information last year.  He may be able to shed some light on the situation.

I talked with Linda Last week, she said the paperwork was sent a week ago or better, then I called  Pat @ Grand American to see if he even had it yet.  He said he got it Friday, and it takes him 3-4 days to get it back out to vendors who have 3-5 weeks to get vouchers sent.  Thank god PTSC the Bridgestone guys cut vouchers the day after reciept of contingency paperwork.

So it looks like we shouldn't hold our breath for contingency $ as I was told it takes 5-8 weeks to recieve.  :'(

There has to be a better way
