Just say I have a friend.. who should most definately turn expert this year but will remain yellow because he does not have enough points to turn expert. Is he a sandbagging, cherrypicking jackass or is that understandable? Should he take it upon himself to turn expert without CCS saying he should? This same friend also has medical condition. He suffers from elephantitis of the nuts.
